A small studio building self-hosted tools, game infrastructure, and the odd Discord bot that guilds actually rely on. Every project here runs in production, right now.
SyntaxLab is where small, focused tools get made — the kind you run on your own hardware because you can, not because you have to. We'd rather ship something small and maintainable than something big and impressive that nobody can extend a year from now. Every project below is real, running, and open to being read end-to-end.
Self-hosted first
If it can run on our own infrastructure, it does. No dependency on a platform that can change the rules later.
Small over impressive
A clean, maintainable codebase beats a clever one. Every project here is built to still make sense in a year.
Open where it matters
Code you can read is code you can trust. Where it's practical, the source is public.
Projects
Three things we maintain right now, in production.

Raids planned. Loot tracked. Nothing missed.
A free Discord bot for official World of Warcraft servers — Retail and Classic. Raid sign-ups that run themselves, a guild-wide loot tracking game, and a web dashboard to configure it all without touching a command.
An open-source, self-hosted control panel for LanCache setups. Replaces terminal-only game selection with a real dashboard — cache stats, Steam/Battle.net/Epic library management, one-click prefill. MIT licensed.
A free tool to compress and convert images (including HEIC) and PDFs, entirely on-device — no uploads, no accounts, no server storage. Open source, so that claim is verifiable, not just a promise.
